The home is located on a free local shuttle route that can take you to all the adventures you desire year round. It is a mere 2 minute drive to downtown, which is also easily walkable and bike-able.

This home has direct access to hiking, parks, walking trails, cross-country skiing, biking, tennis, and golf....just to mention a few! In the summer there is an abundance of climbing flowers that adorn this property and they begin blooming in early May. Beautiful landscaping surrounds every outdoor area including the extensive driveway and gated entry. These flowers make for a creative way to decorate the home while hosting memorable summer days and nights.

Winter wonder surrounds the home in the colder months with majestic snow covered mountain views. The cozy fireplaces, comfy couches, and hot tub are the perfect way to relax and warm up after your snow adventures.

The open skies facing north, south, day or night - make this getaway a perfect spot to enrich yourself in the open air and find grounding for your family as you experience the most of this upstanding ,peaceful must-have Aspen home.

Main Level: As you walk in the front entryway, the first floor has a beautiful open floor plan which includes the entertaining kitchen with granite counters and an extended breakfast table, a dining room with seating for 8, and an inviting living room with tv, piano and additional sitting room. The space is well designed with seamless access to the outdoor patios and hot tub from the kitchen/living room areas. Half Bath is located off of the entry level main area.

Master Bedroom: Also located on the 1st floor is the over sized, vaulted ceiling master bedroom that lives like a dream. Enjoy direct access to the outdoor waterfall feature through double French doors that allow you to take in stunning views of Buttermilk Mountain and the famous Pyramid Peak. Also accompanying the master is a walk-in closet, 2 additional closets, private en-suite bathroom, desk area, flat screen TV, and fireplace. The large master bathroom comes complete with a jacuzzi, steam shower, double sinks stocked with L'Occitane products and plush white towels.

The laundry room is located off of the 1st floor.

Upper Level
Bedroom 2: One King Bed with down comforter, feather pillows, high quality white linens, vanity, dresser, walk-in closet, and flat screen TV. Shared bathroom with the other upstairs bedroom (bedroom 3) with granite countertop double sinks, marble floors and shower with glass door. Stocked with L'Occitane products and plush white towels.

Bedroom 3: One Queen Bed with down comforter and feather pillows. Dresser, sitting chair and 2 closets.

Lower Level
Bedroom 4: Queen Bed down comforter, feather pillows, high quality white linens with lots of built-in closet and drawer space. This bedroom shares the full bathroom with Bedroom 5

Bedroom 5: Also on the lower level this bedroom has a Queen Bed, down comforter, feather pillows, high quality white linens, flat screen TV and direct access to the shared bathroom with granite shower and countertops. Stocked with L'Occitane products and plush white towels.

Office/Den: Huge Office/Den with fireplace, tons of closest space, presentation table with drawers, flat screen TV and sofa.

Media Room: Movie Night! Watch movies, and play video games (Xbox) in this large entertaining space. There’s also a workout area with a Tonal workout machine and various exercise equipment, perfect for at home workouts, warm-ups before day activities, and stretching and winding down at the end of the day.

Magical Outdoor Space
Hot Tub: 8-person hot tub with water and light features that are perfect for all-day relaxation. Upgraded hydraulic cover for your convenience.

Patio 1
Located on the south side of the home and styled for relaxing family breakfasts and crisp late night moments. This area is designed for those hosting socialite birthday lunches, individual Pilates classes, or retreats from the city lights

Patio 2
The Water feature is located next to the ‘sunset’ spot where you can gather at the outdoor fireplace. The patio has outdoor dining for 8 along with a sitting area and lounge chairs (summer). The gas BBQ is located right outside of the indoor dining/kitchen and is perfect for grilling in all seasons. Adding to the tranquil outdoor environment is the freedom of space offering room for backyard play. This clean, well kept property offers incredible views of the ski mountains during every beautiful season. The views are limitless and uplift you.

Front Yard
Fenced, private grounds. The front yard has an in-ground trampoline (summer) perfect for kids and adults alike. The driveway also has a mounted basketball hoop for more outdoor fun and entertainment. The driveway can fit up to 5 cars or more, and has a bike rack for parking your two-wheeled transportation.
The owners 2022 Land Rover Defender may be available to rent at an additional discounted cost via Turo.com. Please inquire if interested.

The property is surrounded by Aspen trees and Blue Spruce trees along with perennial flowers. The fence and berms provide guests with privacy and post worthy pics.
