”The whole experience was good property and the front desk overall good experience Only problem we had at breakfast one of the staff was too rude even though no one touch the food with bare hands used the thong but she spoke very rudely arguing even though we explained but no use That wasn’t the pleasant experience before the checkout this breakfast staff need to be notified Hope they fix the problem for future guests ”

”I will start by saying that property is bit far from the downtown area I had my business, but I am glad I chose this hotel. It is quiet, clean, comfortable (mattress could be better, but wasn’t too bad - a good night sleep is paramount in a hotel). The breakfast was fresh, hot but standard. A few things were missing - hot oats did not have standard condiments like almonds, raisin and brown sugar. But overall, staff is friendly. I will go there again, if I am in Pittsburgh. ”I am not a big breakfast person, yogurt & granola is fine for me. You can make your own waffles , toast, bagels, cereal, minimal fruits, juices, coffee & tea. People appeared to be satisfied with the breakfast offerings. The room was spacious, clean with a large tv, microwave and fridge. The shower had good pressure & hot water. Overall for the price and the location, it fit my needs for my 3 day stay. I have no complaints.”

”The hotel has an access point from the parking lot, which was typically unlocked. When we arrived, using this access, a person entered the elevator smoking and nothing was done about it. The elevator smelled like a frat house during a party after that. The first room we had had a wonky desk, with a visible broken leg. No stand for luggage was provided and the pillows smelled. They ask you to request housekeeping before 11 AM but they didn't provide the service when we did. The second room lacked...

”Location central to restaurants. Brenda guest service was very helpful and professional. We came to Univ of Pitt graduation, she was able to accomodate us with checking in by 1pm instead of the 4pm check in time. Overall stay was great. Highly recommend Spring Hills at Marriott in Monroeville Pittsburg. ”

”This facility looked like it was brand new. The hotel room was in perfect shape. They even had a decent gym and swimming pool downstairs. Breakfast was good and plenty. My room was facing the highway, but the noise was no problem.
