”Amazing hotel, recent conversion and reno from a workshop. Room 513 is the large room with small terrace and loft for the bed, full kitchen, full bathroom with rain shower. Price was very good if compared to a hotel in a big city but this was much nicer and keeps the charm of assisi. Room and facility is modern, has air conditioning, dishwasher etc. Close to bus aslt piaza matteoti Would stay here again!”

”Ho soggiornato dal 26/8/15 al 29/8/15 con la mia famiglia. Ci siamo trovati benissimo! La struttura è in posizione tranquilla ma comunque vicinissima ad Assisi, l'appartamento pulito e confortevole e il Signor Marcello è un padrone di casa simpatico e disponibile. Le mie figlie hanno usufruito della piscina a tutte le ore. Lo consiglio sicuramente.”

”This is a beautiful apartment and property! The views will knock you out and the place feels so beautifully historic with a gorgeous glamorous rustic design. We loved the animals that the owner had and even let them in for a visit. Someone else mentioned to bring slippers because the floor is cold and I didn't remember but do bring slippers. - It is a little bit of a drive to the town of Assisi but WOW! what a beautiful drive..In any case, we couldn't have enjoyed the place more, we hope to...

”The property is conveniently located to the Piazza where you will also find lovely restaurants and shops. The bedroom upstairs is comfy and cozy however I wished one bathroom would be located in bedroom. This is the only nice feature about this apartment, the bedroom!
