”Tent is equipped with electric plugs and heater as well as very comfortable bed. Cleanines and noise level are acceptable. Parking is just assigned to be behind the tent - very nice! Bathroom and shower are shared and a short walk from the tent assigned to us, which is a brief walk. Can get cold during night time so plan your shower accordingly. Plenty of hot water and shampoo.etv :) shower and bathroom are very clean - nice! Lastly, the folks there are really nice. It’s our first time here...

”We have not stayed at a B&B for years. This exceeded our expectations in almost all ways. Jerry and Esther are wonderful hosts, and Jerry's Texas pancakes are something to savor!
