”I wish I had paid more attention to the reviews. The room was extremely basic and not clean. The pillows were thin and uncomfortable, and the sheets felt like cheap polyester. There was hair on the pillow and in the bed. I was itchy the first night and thought it might be the sheets, but by the second morning both my mother and I had small red bumps on our skin. We looked up information about bedbugs and cannot say for sure that is what it was, so I am not claiming that, but it was concerning....

”The room was cleaned daily, had a fridge which is always a plus, and a small seating area which added some extra space. The room was small but functional. Shower was a bit cramped but manageable.”

Wifi and air conditioning worked as expected. Location was perfect as it is short walking distance to bus and train station as well to old town. Personnel was very friendly, and during check in many nice tips about San Sebastian was told. ”
