”This location is great if you’re trying to get ahead of the line at Old Sugar Mill, since it's just a few minutes away. Eric provides a very quaint experience with many thoughful details to offer a comfortable and convenient stay. The games and putting green were a hit. ”The Ann Stevens House was a short stay. We went to the Daytona 500 about 26 miles away. It was quaint with antiques placed in our 2nd story room. The mattress was rather hard, but not horrible. There was of plenty of parking and the room was very clean. The host is very nice and accommodating. My only negative comment is that the stairs, that looked rather new, were rough cut, unsanded and unfinished. My husband got a pretty large splinter from the banister. ”

”A little better maintenance of bathroom needed, toilet and toilet lids loose, tub not completely white, rust noted. The hotel was cleaner in public areas, however the rooms need areas painted and fixed to match. Staff is pleasant. Breakfast is good! I loved having tea and coffee available at all times. ”

”Very child friendly. Older home but cute and cozy. Stayed for 1 night for a high school football playoff game. Wish we would have stayed longer. Lots of children’s toys and even a power wheel jeep. Making plans with family to stay here again soon. ”

”I’m so glad I found this place. It’s a perfect location— close enough to get to Daytona easily, but it’s a peaceful and quiet country paradise to relax at the end of the day. The host is thoughtful and responds immediately and the place was spotless with everything you could possibly need. An easy 5 stars, and I’d give it a 6th for being able to view the rocket launches if they’d let me. The donkey and ducks deserve a few stars too.”
