”The staff are always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is always a bonus, however, I would like to see increase hours of availability on the weekends. The only negative comment I have was the quality of the mattress in room 234. It was well worn, resulting in a terrible sleep. The mattresses should be inspected regularly to avoid situations like this from happening .”

The air conditioner only has two settings. High and low. If you have to sleep beside the air conditioner, it is cold and...

”I stayed here for three nights while attending my daughters' Nipissing graduation. The room was merely okay. It smelled a bit mouldy after the rain. It could definitely use a fresh coat of paint and the bathroom was starting to fall apart. However, (and for the price) everything worked as I needed it to; hence the "okay" rating.
