”This property is not an entire home rental as listed in the description. The property manager lives in the basement. The rental is the entire upstairs of the home. You are able to hear the talking, showering as well as other loud noises when they are downstairs, especially when they come in at 1am and are load for an hour before going to bed. The property is a good location to downtown Weston, is an older home and could use a deep clean. I killed two brown recluse spiders while staying.”

”It is not clear in the listing but this house has TWO suites. The Primary is upstairs. The lower level has a two queen room with a full bathroom off of it. The bathroom is a little small but we didn't mind. In addition. There is another bedroom and hallway full bath off the hallway outside its door. Great house with a good location.”

”Beautiful home with easy access! We loved using the large kitchen and living space. Would recommend some hand towels and smoke detectors, but everything was great!”

There were also multiple perishable food items left behind. We also noed a torn shower curtain. When we contacted the property manager, the only response was thanks for letting me know. ”
