”My husband and I had a phenomenal stay at Oranhill Lodge B&B. It is a fabulous location just steps outside Oranmore village - a charming town just a 15 min drive/bus ride from Galway. We didn’t rent a car and had an easy time getting to/from Galway city with the bus located just down the road from the B&B. Hotel room was clean, good amount of space and the bathroom was of a good size for a family.
The Swimming Pool being attached to it is a godsend and it was great to get in there. It's busier in the evening than the morning, but theres a lifeguard and things for the kids to use in there as well.
There's also a kids playroom that is manned in the evening with all sorts of things for all ages.

”The room was clean and surprisingly large. Double basin in the bathroom a nice plus. The downside was the window facing straight onto a busy street with not much soundproofing - you could hear cars passing all night. Nice food and service at the pub and restaurant. Easy parking. A bit far from the city center: walkable in nice weather but a taxi ride if it rains.”
