Check in was 3 o'clock, i arrived at 3:30. I was told my room was not ready, I asked why and she said because everyone checked in at once. I glanced around and there was only one other couple there. Parking lot was empty. So I waited until almost 4 o'clock for my room. Finally, get to my room and it smells like a person was smoking in it. There was a housekeeper in the hall so I asked her to come in and smell it, she agrèed and told me to go tell the front desk so they didn't try to charge me. I did so and asked if there was another room, they told me "No because I reserved with a third party, Expedia". We decided to go to the pool in the hotel to try to relax, it states its heated. Pool was freezing but was really surprising was the size of it. It was probably the size of a extra large hot tub. Thankfully it was just us there at that time but if anyone joined us, we would have left that area.
Breakfast was good. Morning staff on checkout was very nice.
