”Nice area. Felt safe outside. Parking should come included and not be an additional charge. Rooms could be cleaner. Black hairs found on mattress and awful smell coming from shower. Staff was great. Breakfast bar was top notch! Amazing food! ”

”Granted this was UGA graduation weekend and demand was high- the price we paid for our rooms was a little out of whack for what you get. Everything is pretty dated and not that nice. Room had a busted toilet paper and towel rack, bed sheet had stain on it. There’s only one elevator that goes to upper floors which doesn’t work well with high occupancy. ”Building held together with glue. Huge carpet holes - tripping hazard in hall. Strong mold/fungus odor in room - owner obviously knew because there was a dehumidifier sitting on the floor. Bathroom door stuck closed with loose handle and hinges- had to lift the door up to open. Parking lot too small - had to park in adjacent liquor store lot. Staff was pleasant and free coffee station was nice”

”The staff at the reception were courteous and helpful. I used the stationary bicycle in the gym. Didn't have time to use the indoor pool but it looked clean. I didn't like the smell of the room. It took a bit of work to program TV so I could watch. Convenient location. Reasonable price.”
