The location was excellent, making it easy to get to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The breakfast buffet had a good selection with plenty of fresh options to choose from each morning. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we would definitely stay here again.”

”We stood at the door to get in and the front desk staff looked at us and didn’t let us in. Was not able to pay with debit even though the website stated you could. Very dirty room, that had a not so pleasing odor. No coffee maker, cups, bottles of water in the room even though we were told there was. Parking is awful. Overall not what we expected from the website but checked in late so just stayed anyway.”

”View was very good , parking one needs to be careful and has tight space not recommended if you are prone to hit the walls one has to go to basement parking, our room door was faulty, it was not opening properly kind a stuck, there is pool table and outside walk was sort of scary found some intoxicated homeless guys ,downtown problem , over all property and staff were very friendly and helpful”

”Hotel Kenney Rideau shines by its friendly and wonderfully helpful staff and it's incredible food menu! We felt very welcome, as if we had known them for years. Their evening and brunch menus are very generous and of incredible quality. Certain rooms are showing their age but they are a work in progress. We were nonetheless very comfortable and would go again.”

”While the bed was clean the bathroom was disgusting. There was hair all over the floor when we arrived including the toilet. The room was im very rough shape alot of patchwork on walls of repairs unpainted. It was a large room which was nice and the AC was the best.”
