”The property had all we wanted for our 2 night visit, it was clean, comfortable and in a convenient location for walking access. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The small pool area only has room for two sun beds so you have to be quick or lucky to get one. We were lucky! Overall good value for money.”

”Loy, the desk manager was very helpful. He gave us a ground floor room when he learned of my husband’s disability. He also recommended a nearby restaurant, and called a previous hotel in an attempt to find a lost item.”

”We arrived a little early for check-in and were warmly welcomed and told our room was ready for us. The room is what you'd expect from a motel in a small town, but comfortable and very clean. Ticked all of the boxes with a comfy bed, decent bathroom, coffee machine, TV with streaming channels, and ample storage. The chairs and table in the room and outside on the patio were a welcome addition as were the little chocolates left on the bed. Would be very comfortable for an extended stay.”

”No lighting outside the room so was a bit tricky finding the lock; washing machines not operating properly and didn't spin the water out of your clothes; information book said washing machines and dryers were free due to COVID but we still had to pay for the dryer; insufficient toilet paper in the room and had to go search for some from the shared facilities amenities room; empty handwash in the bathroom on arrival; a bleached hand towel so although clean it looked awful; hot water ran out in...

”Yövyimme 4 yötä. Motelli on ihan ok. Ei mikään erikoinen. Aamupala yksinkertainen. 20 min kävely Cairnsin keskustaan ja rantaan. Ei melua. Vähän kuluneet puitteet mutta perussiisti. Ystävällinen palvelu. Motellin vastaanotto oli kiinni illalla. Motellista oli mahdollista varata myös päiväretkiä alueen nähtävyyksiin.”

”If you love nature, you will love The Canopy! We spotted a platypus on the first day and a cassowary on our way out! The birds are beautiful and the turtles plentiful. The staff were kind and helpful. They even built a fire for us on a cool day. Loved every minute of our time there. ”
