”Front desk staff excellent. Room great and service at restaurant excellent as well. The only bad thing was the gorgeous view out the window overlooking the golf 😂. Would recommend over and over.”

When I addressed this with staff, they blamed the previous guest for not turning in their key when they requested a room change. I was told their policy was the guest would leave their key in the room when they leave which I find to not be appropriate since they more placed responsibility on the previous guest. I had trouble sleeping with such soft pillows, even when placing three pillows on top of each other.
