”We chose to stay in Burgaw to save a little money instead of staying in Wilmington during the Fourth of July week. Our daughter had orientation for UNCW which was just 30min away. The house was clean and neat. It was fully stocked. The only thing we missed was a microwave. Also, the water was high in iron but I suspect that’s a regional issue. Great job fixing up this house!”

”House was clean, convenient to downtown and many restaurants, ate at Circa 1922. Communication with host was prompt. Parking in front of house, no issues with that and dog friendly.”

”Phenomenal experience. Had to come to Wilmington for work for three weeks and this place felt like home the entire stay. Beautiful historic house. Walkable to several restaurants. Very good communication from hosts. We will def stay here again the next time we come up.”
