I checked out of the hotel one day earlier than planned due to circumstances beyond my control. The hotel was short-staffed and unable to provide room service, and there was also an impending winter storm. Because of these issues, continuing my stay was not feasible.
Despite staying only three days, I was charged for the full four-day stay, including parking. I have been trying to resolve this matter but have had significant difficulty obtaining any type of refund.
I do have written documentation from the hotel confirming that room service would no longer be provided due to staffing shortages and the approaching storm. Given these conditions, I believe it is reasonable to receive a refund for the unused night and associated parking charges.
I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and that the appropriate refund be issued.
