Check-in is simple and hassle-free. A 24-hour concierge will greet you at the front entrance, buzz you in, and verify your reservation. Please remember to bring a valid photo ID, and let us know in advance if someone other than the booking guest will be checking in. Once verified, the concierge will direct you to your unit.
You’ll receive a digital door code in your arrival instructions for easy, secure access to the condo. Inside, you’ll also find a key fob that allows you to enter and exit the building freely for the remainder of your stay.

Set within historic Peachtree Towers, this renovated condo offers thoughtful details from floor to ceiling. LED lighting with dimming options lets you set the tone for early mornings or wind-down nights. The full kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a touch-activated faucet, making everyday cooking feel easy whether you’re preparing dinner after a game or reheating leftovers from nearby restaurants. A walk-in, frameless glass shower adds comfort in the bathroom, while the in-unit washer and dryer provide rare convenience in a high-rise setting. A 50-inch TV with standard cable, WiFi, and a dedicated workspace support remote work, quiet evenings, or both.
Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom centers around a king mattress designed for restful nights after busy days around Downtown. For additional guests, the condo can be adapted with a folding twin, a queen air mattress, or the deep sofa, allowing up to four guests to stay comfortably without the space feeling crowded.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is set up for real use, giving you the flexibility to prepare meals at home or keep snacks on hand between outings. A dining table offers a relaxed place to plan the day or enjoy a slow breakfast before stepping out into the city.

Building and access
Elevator access, a private entrance for the unit, and self check-in with a smart lock make arrivals simple. Paid parking is available on and off the premises. Exterior security cameras monitor only the building’s common areas, elevators, and entry doors.

Neighborhood
From this central location, you can walk to many of Atlanta’s major attractions, including AmericasMart, Georgia World Congress Center, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, Centennial Olympic Park, the Georgia Aquarium, and World of Coca-Cola. Peachtree Center and Civic Center MARTA stations are about a five-minute walk, offering easy access to the airport and other parts of the city.

HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that is limited too hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air.
WASHER AND DRYER: Located in the closet. Also, commercial unit available ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.
ANIMALS: Per HOA, animals are not allowed.
PARKING: is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.
BEDS: There are 3 "beds". Specifically defined as a King Bed, Folding twin bed, Queen air mattress and standard couch.
