The 1st room I was assigned to had no heat. After I notified the staff, a repair person came in 20 minutes. About 25 minutes later I was given a different room because the heater couldn't be fixed immediately. All was well with the next room.
I went to the restaurant/bar one evening to order a burger w/cheese fries. They seemed a little slow preparing the order, but it could have been other orders coming in via phone or website.I say that because there weren't many customers in the place. The waitress wasn't the most pleasant I've seen. She was socially involved with 2 men at one end of the bar, and seemed slightly agitated when other customers needed her attention.
At breakfast, the staff was helpful and prompt with keeping all items available and clean. Shuttle service ran on the half hour. So I had to wait a little at the airport to go to the hotel. It was a very short ride. The driver going back to catch my flight dropped me off right in front of my airline.
