We absolutely love the perks of staying at Embassy Suites. The property was older, but the service provided made it more than top-tier. The attentiveness of the bellman/attendant Jamarey- who was ready, willing and able to assist- even when not prompted,puts the butler on Adam Sandler’s Mr. Deeds to shame. Jamal at the front desk was cordial and contributed to what was amazing anniversary weekend . He was so helpful and even acted as photographer for an impromptu photo shoot. Thank you both for for going above and beyond to make us feel like valued guests. We will definitely be staying here again, Jamarey and Jamal being two of the reasons why.

Front staff was welcoming. Breakfast was wonderful as well as the location. Right across the street from Centennial Olympic Park, easy walk to the aquarium. The cons were the bathroom countertops were dirty, no shampoo or conditioner in dispensers, toilet backed up as soon as we arrived. We called the front desk and they said someone would be up to fix it. Maintenence never showed up the entire stay, so we needed to go downstairs to use the public restrooms during our stay. We will not be returning as there are plenty of other hotels to choose from in the area.

This is the worst Embassy Suites! Dirty sheets and A/C in room not working upon arrival! Mold snd rust im bathroom!

I was in Atlanta for business and this hotel was in a lovely location by the Olympic Park. It was easy to get to my conference and meetings around the city. The staff were exceptional.

It was amazing 😍 the staff was amazing the breakfast was slamming I told the omelette maker I was gonna let waffle house know they have to get better cause his omelettes was 🔥 soooo good absolutely loved my room it was beautiful and clean bathroom is a bit small can barely close the door you have to close the door before you sit on the toilet very small bathroom but everything was overall great!!!!❣️❣️❣️❣️

Great cocktail hour and breakfast included! Rooms are large and truly a suite with a separate bedroom. Best location in ATL facing centennial park. Major attractions are all walkable. Pool is under renovation until Memorial Day. We were not told This when booking or at check in, my only complaint.

Our stay was excellent. We were pleased with the wonderful breakfast buffet and the free drinks and snack in the evening that we weren’t even aware of. Room was clean and tidy and the view was spectacular (park view). The kids had a wonderful time and everything besides the zoo is within walking distance. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very quiet. We never heard any noise from other rooms and slept really good.

We made a quick overnight stay for a show at The Tabernacle. The hotel was easy to access, very close to several excellent local restaurants and walking distance to Olympic Park. We had a lovely room that was very clean, well lit, and quiet! Front desk personnel were very friendly, prompt and offered excellent suggestions for local attractions/eats/info. The breakfast buffet had a ton of variety and easy to access in the morning. Lots of seating and easy flow. We will be back!

Everyone was kind and accommodating, breakfast was wonderful, my son said the man making the omelettes (4/21/24, 8:30am) was “super nice” and “whatever he gets paid isn’t enough, he deserves a raise.” Staff were great, especially the woman who checked us in, she was lovely. Our room left some to be desired. Stains on the curtains and some of the sheets. Hair on the bathtub. Husband went to fill his water from the dispenser in the bathroom and some white film came out of it. I wasn’t atrocious, but as an avid Embassy stayer, it was surprising.

Property is ok. Parking valet is required and very expensive. Breakfast is decent. Location is near everything but does get very sketchy at night.

Very good. Would definitely stay again. I liked the breakfast but I wish the evening gathering had more food than just chips and dip. Years ago they had fruit and veggies as well. But overall we enjoyed our stay. Price, location and customer service was very good.

We reserved the executive suite for a weekend get away and it was a nice size, Stunning views but cleanliness was an issue. The shower curtain was dirty (bloodstained) and the throw pillow was drawn on and the dining table was sticky- syrup sticky. The furniture was very uncomfortable (miserable to be honest) in the living room- there are many other easy care options they could use. The mattress was also very uncomfortable and the bedding (duvet cover) looked and felt dirty. The towels were extremely scratchy and smelled as if they were "soured". The view was the absolute redeeming quality.
