Summary:
Contemporary fresh renovation just minutes from Stone Mountain Park! Spacious three bedroom, 2 bath home with a game room, deck, and two car garage. The neighborhood is a quiet subdivision in Stone Mountain less than 5 miles from Stone Mountain Park, 11 miles from Tucker, 16 miles from Decatur, and 27 miles from downtown Atlanta.

The Space:
The home has three bedrooms upstairs; the master has a king sized bed, the other two bedrooms have queens. This is a new listing with brand new fresh renovation and furniture. There is a basement game room with a ping pong table and TV area, a lovely outdoor deck, and private back yard. Additional features of the home: Sterns and Foster mattresses purchased in mid 2022; Professional hotel linens; Professional cleaning services with sanitation; Extra pillows and towels; fully appointed kitchen; Extra security lighting; new Roku TVs in every bedroom plus living room and game room - numerous free channels plus availability of premium streaming with guest's own logon; free high speed wifi; lamps in most rooms with USB charging; new quiet DC ceiling fans; hair dryers in baths; wet bar in living area.

Guest Access:
This is a free standing detached home on a suburban lot. Guests have full access to the entire property.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is a quiet subdivision in Stone Mountain less than 5 miles from Stone Mountain Park, 11 miles from Tucker, 16 miles from Decatur, and 27 miles from downtown Atlanta.

Other Things to Note:
Guests are required to sign Host's short term rental agreement prior to checking in.

Please note that the setting wood fires in the fireplace is not permitted. The fireplace is decorative only.

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

You will also be given the choice between authorising a damage deposit of $500, or a non-refundable damage waiver of $35.

Family of (4) 8-night Trip (Baseball Tournament in the Atl. Area)We traveled from Texas and were welcomed into this beautiful and inviting home. Initially unsure of where to stay, we were immediately drawn to this property based on the photos—and it exceeded our expectations. The home was exactly as described, if not even better.Our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet, and full of charm. The location was perfect—just 8 minutes from Stone Mountain, with grocery stores and dining options conveniently close by.We stayed for a week while our son participated in a baseball tournament and are so grateful we chose this home. One thoughtful example of the host’s hospitality: our son needs a fan to sleep, and when we casually asked if there might be one available, the host went out of his way to provide one—without hesitation.This was truly a wonderful stay, and when we return, we will absolutely book this property again. Thank you to our amazing host for making our experience so enjoyable and memorable!

Wonderful home

We had the pleasure of staying at this home for a few days during our trip to GA. The home was well maintained, very clean, had all of the extras that make a stay enjoyable. All the beds were very comfortable, the baths and house were very clean, there was an abundance of space to store our belongings, the kitchen contained all that was needed for meal prep and we had ample seating for family/friends. If we are ever in the area, we won’t hesitate to book the home again.

Highly recommend!!!

Great property to stay in Stone Mountain. Andy was very quick to respond to all my questions and very polite. Rooms were big and we loved the game room in the basement. We'll definitely bring the rest of the family when we go back.

Hidden gem

Loved this little house. The neighborhood was so quiet and it was easy to find. Beds were comfortable, water was hot (shower) and we enjoyed the ping pong table. Would love to stay here again if we are ever back in Atlanta. So much nicer than a hotel. Andy was great to check in and see how we were doing and if anything needed attention. Thankfully we had a perfect stay.

Joy-Filled vacation stay

This Stone Mountain property was the perfect fit for our family to meet up from Texas, North Carolina, Tennessee and Georgia. Everything we needed and more was available for our use and Andy was quick to respond to any concerns we might have had. He has a personality that for us, created an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. The property was clean and organized and just as pictured. Directions for use of appliances were posted and made easy to access. Thanks for a tremendous opportunity to stay at this property for 10 days. I'd love to stay here again.

Thanksgiving Vacation

Great stay in a great quiet neighborhood

We were attending a soccer tournament and did not want to deal with staying at a hotel with family. We arrived an hr early to this home and waited till 4 to check in. We found the house to be beautiful and well laid out. Kids loved the basement with ling pong and games downstairs. Garage was a plus and everything was close by and verry convenient. Beds were very comfortable and overall highly reccomend. Keep up the great job and will visit again. Andy the host responded quickly to anything we had concerns about. Would have been great to be able to go in when we arrived as the house was already cleaned but i respected their checkin policy. Overall great stay
