First, I want to say the staff was incredible but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The rooms are very outdated, with TVs that don’t support Netflix or any streaming services, leaving me stuck with basic cable. Even that was frustrating since the guide was off by about an hour, so it didn’t match what was actually playing.
There was also a bug in my room, and I had no hot water in the shower for about half of my stay. I was eventually moved to another room, but the water there was only slightly better, lukewarm at best.
I’ve always loved the Hilton brand, which makes this even more disappointing. The staff truly does a great job and the location is excellent, but based on this experience, I’m not sure I’d stay here again.
