The experience was a sharp contrast to the other hotels used during our two week trip. Things went wrong from the beginning to the end. Reservation was lost and found only after we showed the copies of the reservation. Dinner in hotel “restaurant” was a mistake, like was the breakfast in the morning. Staff was rude and hostile; even left the restaurant while customers were waiting in line to give their orders. And our keycards were programmed to stop functioning couple of hours before check- out time. Next time No Marriot-hotels.
