Our bread and butter is providing medium-term housing for productions filming in and around Atlanta. Whether you're a PA or an A-lister, we believe everyone deserves a lovely place to call home after a hard day (or night) at work. We manage properties around the city but primarily on the east side of Atlanta, from Virginia-Highland down to Grant Park. Our specialty is Inman Park, where we love to live, work, and play! Our neighborhoods are all unique in their architectural styles and cultural offerings, but their geographic convenience, walkability, and safety are standard and guaranteed to please.

You can access your space 24/7 via our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. Please note that for your security all of our properties have Ring video doorbell cameras.
* No Parties: Parties strictly prohibited; violators face eviction, a $1000 fine, and additional fees.
* Late Same-Day Check-In: For same-day check-ins after 1 PM, expect unit preparation until 6 PM due to scheduling.
* Pet Policy: Dogs allowed; $250 1st dog, $100 2nd. Pet damages are the guest's responsibility.
* Cancellations: Cancellation policy will apply minus any credit card processing fees.
* ID Verification: Required for all guests; secure third-party vetting with encryption and GDPR compliance. Security deposits may apply.

The Neighborhood:
Located in North Ormewood Park, this property is perfectly situated among some of Atlanta's best neighborhoods. Ormewood Park, named for an official with the Atlanta Electric Light and Trolley Company (note the trolley on the street signs!), provides easy access to Reynoldstown, Glenwood Park, Grant Park, and East Atlanta. Bordering the Atlanta BeltLine hike and bike trail, there are no shortage of attractions to enjoy strolling to, from the weekly farmers market to great breweries and restaurants. Leafy Grant Park is a residential district known for its lovely Victorian mansions and hundred-year-old craftsman bungalows, while its namesake park is laced with walking trails and home to Zoo Atlanta. Eclectic and inclusive East Atlanta is as action-packed as it gets. With a scene for everyone from music lovers to foodies and sports fans, this unique locale is anything but sleepy. Coffee shops and boutiques mix and mingle with live music venues, pubs, rollicking bars, and diverse eateries. Even more food options abound at the East Atlanta Village (EAV) Farmers Market, which pops up in the center of the neighborhood on Thursdays from April to November.
Getting Around:
From this home it's a breeze to surf on over to Glenwood Park's shops, restaurants, Kroger grocery, and green space/playground. Grab a coffee from Drip to start your day with a boost! The Atlanta BeltLine hike and bike trail is a mere three blocks west and is ideal for walkers, joggers, and cyclists. The path leads north to the booming Madison Yards and Atlanta Dairies developments, featuring even more amenities like a movie theater, Publix grocery, brewery, and music venue. A half mile east lies hip East Atlanta Village, the coolest scene in town for live music and delicious worldly eats (notably Banshee and We Suki Suki).
