Young people at the reception were looking at the screen while talking to you. No apologies for reasonable complaints or requests. Not rude exactly but close and definitely indifferent.
The ”Skyline view” we paid extra for was towards bushes of a big park, a 5 store apartment building and the fancier hotel towers next door.
Shower gel, shampoo etc. pump-bottles on the wall were replaced with 1 single-use shampoo and conditioner. For 2 people. No shower gel.
It felt like because we used hotels.com -service with a little discount, we got ourselves the worst possible ”Skyline” room from which they had stripped away every possible extra service including body wash.
1st time ever I gave tip to no-one when staying at a hotel.
