”The home is clean and tidy, albeit sparsely decorated. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen was adequately stocked. The host communication was very good; he got right back to me when I told him the electrical outlets were not working in the bathrooms. The neighborhood is very quiet, so sleeping was great.More niceties would have been welcomed; charging ports at the bedside tables, a note to tell us where to locate the blow dryer and/or the charging cable, Kleenex, nice soap in the shower,...

Their customer service is awesome, they are always available, helpful, and making sure your needs are always met.
