”This place is horrible!. I and my family were traveling from North Beach MD and I had to rebook with this hotel while I was still 4 hours away and the VRBO lady that helped us book this hotel told the manager that we wouldn't be in till 4-430 am but when we got there they wouldn't let us check in even tho there booking is till 530 am . But the manager wouldn't book us in. So I had to call VRBO again to get us into a hotel so I can sleep driving 14 hours and having another 8 hours I had to rest...

”It wasn’t clean. Left at 11am after switching rooms because of their lack of cleanliness, came back at 9:30pm and the 2nd room was still dirty. We checked out.”

”The room is fine, but there are no amenities open to guests. The rooms are very quiet and you sleep well.”

”Our family would highly recommend this property, had a wonderful stay! The staff were exceptional & Jayla at the Front Desk was amazing and very professional! The hotel is clean and we loved the fresh juices in the common area and also the daily breakfast. Comfortable bedding and pillows and great hot showers, would stay again!”

”The location was near the metro, it had a beautiful landscape, walkable to places to eat, etc. all of this made my stay fantastic”

”The stay was fine. Clean, comfortable room. My problem is that the front desk told me at check in to choose between either a $30 food/drink voucher or extra reward points. We chose the voucher and ate breakfast for the same amount. Now, they are not giving the credit. Sound like a bait and switch to you?”

”The pool was dirty; a glass bottle had been shattered and some got in the pool, but it wasn’t closed. I cleaned up what I could and warned others to not step where the glass shards were located. Our fridge broke and it was replaced, but we had to throw away food. Night staff could not be bothered for anything and treated these issues with disdain. The room smelled horrible and when I mentioned it upon check-in, a member of staff came unannounced and without knocking into the room with just...

”Nice stay! Truly. The reason of the 4star rating; I will be sure to request the "other" side of the hall as I was on the back side (view of maintenance). I was hoping to get some good sleep with my toddler, but instead, we heard the banging from the maintenance and the continuous beeping from the forklift. Rrrrrrr.... other than that, it was a good stay.”
