Prepare to be charmed by this inviting dog- and family-friendly cottage, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, shopping, dining, and other attractions. Mini-golf, Fort Macon State Park, golf courses, and the North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores are all an easy drive away.

At home, start the day with coffee on your cozy front patio, then step inside to make some breakfast in the full kitchen. Throughout the home, you’ll find coastal decor and lots of space to spread out, including a fully enclosed sunroom, a living room, and a family room with a TV and comfy leather furnishings. After a day on the sand, relax at home in the central AC while you pop in a DVD or watch some free cable. Use the WiFi to upload the day’s pics to social media, then host a family cookout on the gas grill. Drift off to sleep in either well-appointed bedroom - another dreamy beach day awaits tomorrow.

Relaxing

Cozy house, good location. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teens and a furry companion. Around a 3 minute walk to the beach, 1 minute walk to a good seafood restaurant. Family definitely enjoyed the stay, would recommend.

Cute but could use some improvement

Cute house! The location is perfect for what I needed, and it was a great stay for two people. Be sure to look at the photos as there is no full size sofa and the bathrooms are small, no handheld shower fixtures. Parking is limited and it can be a tight squeeze getting by the car to the door, but it would help if the bushes were trimmed. Most of the place was clean, except the floors, and there were some bugs. Take slippers to wear at all times or your feet may get very dirty. The rental rate should stay lower than other rentals nearby for the aforementioned reasons. It was comfortable overall and good enough that I would rent again depending on the nightly rate.

Great location, tv's in both bedrooms and one in family room. Easy walk to beach, even my 70 year old wife with back issues was able to walk to beach. Real good time

Good to be back home

Previously owned 2 houses closer to ocean a few streets away. Love this area. This house was absolutely amazing. EVERYTHING you needed, not one single spot of unused space. Extremely clean. Great price. Wonderful location.

Great Beach House

Perfect beach spot

This was a wonderfully renovated and well equipped spot. Plenty of room for the two of us and our dog. Room for more if needed. We very much enjoyed our stay, would book this location again. The walk to the beach was fast and easy!!!!

Nice Cottage

Only draw backs are the chair in the den has worn out cushion, so it was uncomfortable. Master bed was not as comfortable for my style of matress. Other than these couple things, it was great!

Spring Break 2023

This cottage was perfect for our group for Spring Break. The lay out allowed us to have privacy between the teens and adults and the trundle bed came in handy with company one night. I loved the little enclosed court yard to sit out of the cool winds way. The walk to the beach and shopping was convenient and I would definately recommend this to anyone.

AB Beach House

Loved the location of the cute, quaint cottage, as it was close to the beach and other things in AB. It had plenty of space for just the two of us, with lots of windows to let the sun in. Check in was easy and the management staff were very responsive.
