Laadukas uusi 3 makuuhuoneen, 3 1/2 kylpyhuoneen päätyyksikön kaupunkiasunto. Alle 5 minuutin kävelymatka rannalle. Yhteisöllä on suora pääsy julkiselle rannalle. Kaunis palmujen ympäröimä uima-allas on vain muutaman askeleen päässä takapihasta. Ääni on kävelyetäisyydellä. Kävelymatkan päässä ravintoloista ja ostosmahdollisuuksista. Minuutin päässä Morehead Cityn ranta-alueelta, historiallisesta Beaufortista, Pine Knoll Shores -kadun NC-akvaariosta, Fort Maconin osavaltion puistosta ja Atlantic Beach Town Park -puistosta, joka sisältää roiskealustan, leikkipaikan ja ulkona rullalautapuiston ..

Sisustus sisältää kaikki uudet kalusteet. 3 makuuhuonetta (kuningas, kuningatar ja 2 erillistä vuodetta), jokaisella on oma kylpyhuone. Pyyhkeet ja liinavaatteet. Erilliset termostaatit jokaisessa kerroksessa yksilöllisen mukavuuden takaamiseksi. Pesukone ja kuivausrumpu ovat saatavana yksikössä avuksesi. Armahtava oleskelutila on puoli kylpy alustan pesuallas ja keittiö graniitti ja ruostumattomasta teräksestä laitteet. Keittiö, jossa on ruoanlaittoa koskevat välttämättömyydet kotisi poissa kotoa. Ruokapöytä, 6 hengelle ja aamiaisbaari, jossa lisäistuimia 4 hengelle. 2 WIFI-verkkoa, joissa on Roku-varustetut televisiot kaikkiin katselutarpeisiisi. Toisen ja kolmannen kerroksen päämakuuhuoneissa on parveke uima-altaalle ..

This was a lovely property! The owners communicated promptly with us. This property was clean, with many amenities. It was close to the beach and the pool. We really enjoyed that each bedroom had its own bathroom made it to convenient for the family members I traveled with. I would recommend this property.

Great vacation for our family of 6

We had a great stay at St. Somewhere in the Seaside Villas complex! The property was clean and comfortable, and included mostly everything we needed throughout the week. Our hosts communicated well before and during the trip, and were responsive to a few minor requests we had during our stay. The kitchen had plenty of cooking items, plates, cups, silverware, etc. plus other useful items like a blender and an electric griddle. The bedrooms were quite spacious and there was plenty of room for our family to stretch out. The separate bathrooms were also a major benefit. It was awesome having the pool so close...literally steps away from the back door. The pool is very well maintained and large enough to accommodate several families even when its busy. The walk to the beach was also really fast and easy and the beach wasn't super busy even in the middle of July. We loved being able to park directly out the front door, which made unpacking and grocery shopping a breeze. The property is located very close to lots of things. We enjoyed little trips out to several places in Morehead City, Beaufort, or just around Atlantic Beach. We will certainly consider returning to St. Somewhere in the future!

Home away from Home

Great location to everything. Pool was so convenient and close to condo. Beach access was great as well. We felt like we were home away from home. Having individual bathrooms for each bedroom was the best. We had our space but also room enough for everyone to eat together and enjoy family time and games. My first time renting this unit and plan to continue. Thank you Garriss' for sharing your home with us....

Wonderful stay

We have been coming to Atlantic Beach for 20+ years and this is our 3rd year staying in this complex. The townhome was exactly as pictured and described! Plenty of space for our family, great accessibility to the pool, an easy walk to the beach and a fully stocked kitchen! The house was clean and the check-in process was very smooth. Great communication with the owners and a fast response time. We really enjoyed ourselves!

Great stay!

We were visiting our son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter who are stationed at Camp LeJeune. It was the perfect place to all stay together for a long weekend. The pool was a great option as the beach was too hot for the baby. We enjoyed every minute!

Very Nice Home

This property is very clean, organized and the owners Chris and Nancy were very easy to deal with. We felt right at home. I would highly recommend staying at this property. Dairy Queen was closed for the season and will reopen in March. We were looking forward to our short walk to dairy queen however, this was not a showstopper. We had lots of room for the family and some to spare. Thanks to Chris and Nancy, very well done.

Labor Day Weekend

Nancy (Owner) was great to deal with, super responsive which was greatly appreciated! This townhouse is great, spacious, new and updated and well stocked with everything you might need. Steps from the community pool and a short stroll across the street to the beach. We would most definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing your beach house with us!

Excellent stay

We stayed at St. Somewhere and had a fantastic stay. We were a group of 5 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. The home is in excellent condition and very clean and well maintained. It was equipped with everything we needed. The storage closet outdoors even had beach chairs, a beach cart, beach toys and a corn hole set. It was very convenient to the pool and just a short walk to the beach. Definitely would stay here again.

Disappointed

The pool was the best part! Very convenient to the unit and a great layout. The unit itself had furniture that was broken, damaged and not sturdy. Walls needed painting. Fixtures were not secured into the wall. Mattress' were not at all comfortable. The unit received several excellent reviews, so we were quite surprised and disappointed. The owners were responsive, but never offered a discount. We could not find a comfortable spot to relax in the unit.

House layout and location met are needs

Family vacation. House was very nice giving each member of our family privacy. Loves that everyone had their own bathrooms. location to pool and beach was great. We could have used more paper products, coffee, wash cloths, hsnd towel for powder room and blankets for the beds. Coffee carafe did not fit with the cr Coffee makers so if not very careful coffee would spill on n the counter. Otherwise everything else was great

Nice rental

The facility was clean and very well equipped. With the exception of the weather the week was enjoyable. We had no complaints about the property. Pool was a good substitute for the rough ocean. The owner answered all our questions promptly. Would stay again if Atlantic Beach is our destination.
