SeaSpray 241 Located in an Oceanfront Complex Great Ocean Views

SeaSpray 241 is a non-smoking 2 bedroom/2 bath condo located on the 2nd floor/Courtyard. Unit has views of the ocean and courtyard. The condo has a full size kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker. Coin-operated washers and dryers are located on the first floor of the building. SeaSpray 241 has wireless internet and 3 TVs (one in the living room and one in each bedroom). The main bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a bunk bed with a twin on the top and bottom. SeaSpray does not allow renters to have pets.
This unit is available for weekly and partial weeks with a 2 night-minimum stay. Rates include departure maid service, linens and admin fee. Trip insurance is available for an additional cost. Tax is 12.75%.

Location! Location! Location!

The condo is in a great spot. Just off the beaten path but close enough to drive short distance to restaurants and shops. Condo is a short walk over dunes and across beach to ocean (Not handicap accessible). On second floor and half way down the hall so be prepared to haul your luggage a ways, I didn't see any elevators. The condo is upgraded some, furnishings are comfortable. Beds are comfortable. The patio has a great view of the ocean and you can hear the waves crashing. Well stocked kitchen for basic cooking needs. Plenty of towels and wash clothes for our needs. Additionally they had beach toys, 4 beach chairs and boogie board for your use. May want to bring umbrella or tent for shade. The property had charcoal grills and pool easily accessed. Plenty of parking that is for permitted vehicles only. Had to communicate with the company once as we couldn't figure out the lock when first got there. They answered the phone and assisted immediately. But would have been nice to have that on check in instructions. Cleaniness had to get 4 almost 3 stars. The kuerig looked like it had never been cleaned. Some of the towels had short curly hairs in them. The comforters had what appeared to be, pet hair on them. The furniture had stains, which I know are inevitable with rental property. Some pots/pans, dishes were put away not cleaned and are worn. Overall we were very happy and would stay again.

Great for the family

We brought 2 of our grandkids…ages 5 and 11. It was prefect. They loved the pool and playing games in the beautiful grassy commons area. It’s such a sweet low key community. We love Sea Spray. This particular condo was so pretty yet comfortable. We will book “Stay Salty” again!

ABSOLUTE LOVELY LITTLE CONDO!!!!!! Decorated perfectly for the beach. Very clean, with wonderful views of both the beach and courtyard.
