”Location , location, location. To say the least this place was convenient to all of the places we had on our agenda. Beach, Jacksonville University, food and shopping. Oh and across the street from the apartments where my granddaughter lives. Pet friendly too! We would definitely stay here again.”

”Property was exactly as listed with plenty to keep the kids occupied. The property is in a great location, where it is close to everything but you still have privacy. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of cookware and outdoor items. Fenced in back yard was a life saver with kids and pets! No issues whatsoever, stay was wonderful. The beds are great, but the huge sofa in the living room was beyond comfortable! We will definitely be back to visit again.”

”House was cute and well maintained. Reasonably stocked - although plastic cups, dishes and plates would be great with kids and the pool. The pool was great to swim in. We misunderstood/didn't read further to know the hot tub would not be able to heat, but it was so hot that we didn't need it even at night.Overall we had a wonderful stay and thank the host for letting us check in slightly early.”

”This is a good location just off Atlantic Blvd. We could not hear the businesses next door and yes they had crowds, even the washer/dryer (big) and surprisingly quiet. I'm a landlord myself, so the place was clean, everything worked, and we had no real issues. It was great for just the two of us and would like to return for future visits. ”

”Hot breakfast Buffet Every morning with grind and brew coffee!! Kind and friendly staff and a wonderful manager! Everyone that we were in contact with were delighted to help us with anything! The beds and pillows and everything about the beds were so comfortable and so inviting! There were Complementary body wash, hand soap, lotion, and shampoo and conditioner that was an amazing product! We enjoyed our stay immensely, the pool was clean, the entrance to the beach was right outside the fence...
