”The house was in a great location for our visit. My daughter needed a few days at the Naval base, and this was less than ten minutes away. The house was as pictured and communicating with the owner was easy. He was very responsive when we had questions. The property was comfortable and kept us cool in the summer heat. The only thing I might add to improve the property would be a washing machine, but that isn't a deal breaker. There is a laundromat only a couple blocks away. ”

”The house was clean and nice although my wife got stuck in the master bathroom because it was missing a door handle on the inside. The furnace did not work so it was 76 degrees in the house then the temperature dropped the next night and it was 62 degrees in the house the next two days we were there. The windows in the living room were cracked open and unknowingly made it very cold. The owner was very responsive to my messages But did not to resolve the furnace issue or missing bathroom door...

”Cute, clean house. Great location. This house is close to the beach, stores and restaurants. Abby the Host is extremely responsive. We spent a busy weekend there so we weren't in the property much but it is clean with all new appliances and comfortable beds. We will definitely look to book it again. ”

”Great layout, very clean, open floor plan, large bedrooms with awesome galaxy sky projectors for night time. Plenty of sleeping options for a family of 7. More than enough space to spread out. Large dining table. My kids enjoyed the digital fridge, very high tech! Wonderful coffee/tea Bar. There were so many little touches that were cool. And there were charging outlets everywhere. My kids loved the pool table as well. Patrick was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We can’t wait to...

”Great place! Just what we needed. Nice and quiet. Convenient to Mayo Clinic, the reason for our visit to Jax. Wish we could’ve taken advantage of the pool and outdoor space, but the weather didn’t cooperate. Maybe next time! ”
