”Location , location, location. To say the least this place was convenient to all of the places we had on our agenda. Beach, Jacksonville University, food and shopping. Oh and across the street from the apartments where my granddaughter lives. Pet friendly too! We would definitely stay here again.”

”House was cute and well maintained. Reasonably stocked - although plastic cups, dishes and plates would be great with kids and the pool. The pool was great to swim in. We misunderstood/didn't read further to know the hot tub would not be able to heat, but it was so hot that we didn't need it even at night.Overall we had a wonderful stay and thank the host for letting us check in slightly early.”
