”A lovely holiday with fantastic staff, but let down by departure day.
Our recent stay here was genuinely lovely, largely thanks to the fantastic staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire trip. ”Loved our room and view.
We felt there was no communication from staff regarding our being able to dine at sister hotels or how to get there when the ferry wasn’t running.
We heard from another guest that we could take the ferry to other hotels. The hotel should have told us that.
The food was just ok and we expected it to be tastier and not such small portions.
