”The outside of the building is underwhelming but we were pleasantly surprised at our spa-like hotel room. The room was so clean and comfortable it looked like it came out of a big, luxury hotel. We had an issue understanding how to get the TV working . There was a man in the store when my husband was talking to the staff. The man touched base with the owner who sent the staff members to our room and stayed on the phone with her until we got the TV set irking. We only had one night there but...

”I guess it was my fault for not fully understanding what a “boutique” hotel is. There is no front desk, the rooms are like a college dorm. Very small, bed was about 2 feet off the ground but the ac worked so I guess that’s the plus. If you are expecting a regular hotel experience, this is not it.”

”Location is excellent - in the downtown core. Close to restaurants and next to a grocery store. Very well furnished and outfitted for a multiple day stay. There were only two issues. The first was that there is no access from the ground, and the second was there is no elevator (in fairness, they did indicate this in their communications). Transporting luggage was not the easiest, but still a 5 out of 5 experience.”

”It was cozy and well set up. The area was nice and the early mornings were so relaxing and full of nature at its best (could hear the deer and other animals around) was a nice change from city noises. Emanuel was both respectful of your space and eager to help with anything you needed. 5 stars!!”
