”First night our a/c was extremely loud, and smoke detector went off twice. We notified office next morning that day they had replaced the a/c unit and fixed the smoke alarm! They had a great response time for our concerns and were very apologetic for the lack of sleep we got the night before. A free night would have been great for the extreme lack of sleep and inconvenience, but also we did not ask. ”
”My daughter and I stayed here for our second time and enjoyed an amazing trip. The hotel has a few great restaurants and a convenient cafe for breakfast and coffee. An incredible gym and the rooms are very nice. A quick .5 mile walk to Downtown Disney entrance so we walked to Disneyland both days we were there and it was very doable and easier than parking. Overall great experience and wonderful service. I will definitely stay here again. ”
