”I did feel like safety was a big concern here and they did well with that. However I feel like they don’t trust the guests and maybe there’s reasons why. But I had to ask for ice and the desk guy had to get it. It was like a clump of chizzled ice that really did no good for me. There was absolutely nothing at the breakfast I could eat. On. Good note, the room was clean.”

”Old motel the bads were good. Rooms dark and air working ok. you get what you pay for”

”Loved it. I even played one of the three pianos in the parlor -- it was a fine instrument.”

”The A/C unit was noisy and struggled to operate. The tv would pause while watching any program on any channel. The toilet bowl was cracked and did not flush well. The room had a cluster of odiferous aromas with a base of tobacco smoke. The stairway was similar was a urine odor prevailing. The shower, refrigerator and bed were adequate. The room was not serviced during my 2 night stay. The front desk personnel was friendly and handled chcking in and out efficiently.”

”The place was nice. I didn’t spend much time there, just a few hours of sleep for four nights. The staff was very friendly and understanding. The guests were very nice as well. I definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the same area. Yes, the rooms are dated, but it didn’t matter to me.”

”Our stay was great because it was clean and staff was friendly and professional. The area seemed to be suburbanize (landscape was rural with some areas pristine and serene!) The pool was clean and temperature was perfect! The only fault I saw was the water line on the bathroom door. My husband thought they may have had a flood in the past, but it didn't interfere with the cleanliness of our room/bathroom. Yes, we will stay here when we return to visit the family!”

”Unclean room, sticky all over, breakfast is like scam, just a cofee and some donnutes left on tbe table. Over all not a good place to stay.”

”Rooms were GREAT, the staff was GREAT, breakfast was GREAT. Pool was under renovation so can not speak to that. ONLY negative thing I have to say is the TV guide - impossible to use, they offer lots of channels but good luck on actually finding something to watch via the guide - ended up endlessly scrolling channel by channel to see what was on.”

”This property is not handicapped accessible, it smells so bad I instantly got a headache. We checked out 20 minutes after checking in due to the smell and other very poor reasons, hotel said we stayed for the entire stay and not wanting to give a refund. Locals also stated this location has had many issues involving law enforcement to be present. Do not recommend!!!!”

”The pros: Walking distance to many restaurants and friendly staff. The cons: The maintenance and cleanliness of this hotel is terrible. Hallways are full of chipped and peeling wallpaper, the shower and sink had pink rings of soap scum and mildew, there were stains on the walls and carpets, and handprints from previous guests on the windows.”

”McDonald’s is next door and it is not far from NFL Hall Of Fame. Enjoyed our stay and do recommend staying here Nice pool”

”Very clean room & nice staff. Breakfast buffet was good. Not a fancy property, but a great value.”

”Not right off the exit; but small town feel was nice. The The Stables Inn was on main street in historic Salem, Ohio. The inn was clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful and did their job well. I would stay again!”

”All the staff were pleasant and the manager was excellent. The breakfast was hit and the lady that Ean the breakfast kept the dining area clean. The fact is the hotel is getting older and needs some renovation. The elevator has floor b of arcs loose. The windows should be cleaned. Our room had some visible flaking if the paint and maybe from some water damage. Overall it was okay but I would not stay there again other than the staff certainly stood out”

”The room smelled of smoke. There was mold in the bathroom and a dirty towel lying on the floor. The property was a mess - dark and grown up in weeds. There was a hole in the wall and the cabinets were taped shut. The bathroom cieling was caving in and had water damage.”

”Good noise reduction for being so close to the highway. Great breakfast for a continental breakfast. Bed was excellent and the room was clean. I would stay again passing through.”
