”We stopped for one night on our way from Chicago to Toronto. Quick check-in and nice spacious room. Easy to arrive and leave the hotel. Free parking.”

”It is older and well used, the beds were great. The bathroom was clean but well used. The breakfast was typical but limited to choice. Marriott has not visited for awhile!”

”My room was not that clean, the security bar on my door was broken, the pool room was not that clean. No one was at the counter whenI needed help and the air conditioner didn't work that well.”

”I can’t say much about the property or how clean it was, I didn’t make it past the front desk. Before any words could come out of my mouth the front desk personal very dismissively stated all rooms were canceled and to check my app. Not an apology or an ounce of empathy just very rude and cold, check your app. Very rude and dismissive not a care in the world nor how can we make this better. ”Never did get into a room. Arrived at 3 PM and we’re told they didn’t have enough staff cleaning rooms so there would be a wait. Many people waiting in the lobby. We came back at 8 PM and they still didn’t have any rooms. Seems the staff walked out earlier in the day. Luckily found another room about 20 minutes away. The town was sold out because of graduation and a wedding. I worked in hotels for many years and this was the worst I’ve ever seen. I’ll never stay at a Holiday Inn Express again.”

”My fourth stay at the Kalamazoo House didn't disappoint. As always, Amy is a delight and the breakfasts are a great start to a day. The room was in excellent condition and everything worked as expected. Can't wait to have an excuse to come back.”
