”Our first day we came back in the evening and our room was not cleaned including no clean towels. The owner was on the premises the next morning. We requested an adjustment to our bill for the lack of service. He refused and said we should have called it to his attention during working hours the prior day so they could come in and clean. We told him we were out all day. He was neither apologetic nor responsive to our request for a credit.”

”The Belvedere B&B was the perfect location for our 3 night weekend. It was clean, comfortable, a great porch and the fact that it is a 1/2 mile walk into downtown is ideal for busy summer traffic. And our host was so friendly and helpful!”

”I called and used your app to communicate about my booking. The management company you had on file said they no longer manage. I had to make other arrangements to stay for the 3 days. They did reach out the day I was supposed to check in at 11 PM, mind you, saying they would honor my reservation. Hell, I had to book a stay somewhere else. Said they would look into getting me a refund! NOPE...no communication.”
