Discover Lianna Bungalow, a self-contained retreat in the heart of Auburn, Clare Valley, set within a beautifully renovated 1920s property behind a classic white picket fence.

The bungalow is its own private world. With 3m ceilings, two sets of north-facing bifold doors, polished concrete floors and a combustion heater, it's bright and warm in equal measure. The open-plan layout flows from the living and dining area through to a full kitchen (induction cooktop, granite benchtops, butler's sink and dishwasher) and out to a private garden that's entirely your own.
Guests have exclusive, private use of the bungalow for the duration of their stay. The bungalow has its own dedicated entrance, separate from the main cottage. Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out by 10 am, with self-check-in via lockbox. Full arrival instructions are provided before your stay. A shared external laundry and three-car carport are also available.

Lianna Bungalow is managed by Blocks Road. The bungalow is fully self-contained and set up for a private, independent stay. We're available by phone or message throughout your visit if you need local recommendations or any assistance.

Auburn is one of the Clare Valley's most charming towns. A proper country town with an IGA, cafes, a pub, a petrol station and that unhurried pace that makes the region so easy to settle into.

Taylors Winery is just down the road, and boutique cellar doors are within minutes in every direction. The Riesling Trail, one of Australia's great cycling and walking trails, is easily accessible from town, winding through vineyards and past cellar doors all the way to Clare.

The wider Clare Valley puts you within reach of some of South Australia's best wine, food and countryside. Adelaide is 1 hour 20 minutes away when you're ready to head back.

A few things worth knowing before you arrive.

Shared property: The bungalow is self-contained with its own private entrance and garden, but it sits within a larger property that includes a separate main cottage. The two dwellings are independent and you won't share any living space, but the carport is shared.

Wheelchair access: The bungalow is fully wheelchair accessible throughout, including the bathroom.

EV charging: Capacity exists in the carport. Please confirm charger type with us before arrival.

Solar and rainwater: The property runs on a 5kW solar system with a 60,000-litre rainwater tank alongside mains water.

No parties or events.

Quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am. This is a residential street in a small town.

No smoking inside the bungalow. Outdoor areas only.

Only registered guests permitted on the property.

Please leave the bungalow as you found it. Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess.
