Hi Vishal,Thank you for your review. We are sorry you encountered difficulties while booking online. We have been in contact with Expedia to update the room capacity from 4 to 3 guests as the sofa bed is only suitable for one adult or 2 children. Unfortunately you had 5 guests arrive and when you were offered a mattress you declined it, saying you would be okay without it. We checked in with you every day to make sure everything was okay with the sleeping situation. We did the very best we could for you at the time.
