One-story house in a forest park on the shore of the lake, ocean 8 km away.

With its unspoilt natural surroundings and centuries-old history, the Darricau estate covers several dozen hectares of wooded parkland and meadows surrounding the manor house of an Imperial general. Come and enjoy a peaceful stay between the Atlantic beaches and the picturesque banks of the Aureilhan lake that runs alongside our park. There is an equestrian centre on the estate and a network of cycle paths nearby. Bring your camera or binoculars to observe the wildlife that lives here in safety, sheltered from hunters.

L'Atelier offers a 120 m² single-storey apartment with a large covered terrace (50 m²). It features a large living/dining room/open-plan kitchen, as well as three bedrooms and two shower rooms (sleeps 6).
Two of the bedrooms, with large bay windows, will immerse you in the trees of a Landes airial, with a view of the old Darricau dovecote that Winston Churchill came to paint when he stayed in Mimizan with his friend the Duke of Westminster.

Upon your arrival, you will receive a warm welcome and someone residing on the estate will be at your disposal during your stay.
We will take care of the cleaning on your arrival and departure. For your convenience, this cleaning service is not an optional extra.
The provision of linen (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats) is included in our service.
