”Eine schöne und wunderbar ausgestattete Hütte mit einzigartigem Blick. Der Weg dahin war ein großes Abenteuer, da Google Maps noch nicht persönlich den Weg zur Hütte gefahren ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Tage als Familie mit Kleinkindern genossen.”

Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal für eine Vielzahl von Unternehmungen: Wanderung zum Vøringsfossen, von Norheimsund mit dem Schiff im Hardangerfjord oder mit der 'Voss Gondol' in die Höhe - für alle ist etwas dabei.”

”We have been to the cabin in Vallavik for a week at the end of August and enjoyed it a lot. It is a perfect place for excursions and hikes around the hardanger fjord. The view on the fjord and the bridge is really great.”

”I came to Ulvik/Villavik to see where my ancestors once lived and to walk where they once walked. The Handanger Fjord and all areas surrounding are amazing! Vallevik Fjordhytter, our cabin on the mountain was charming and peaceful and everything one could want! Paul was there for us if we ever needed anything or had any questions, very kind! I would love to return some day and if I do I hope to stay here again.”

”We spent four wonderful days in this comfortable home and were able to visit several of the fjords that are within a comfortable driving distance. The home is quiet and private, and all five of us enjoyed our stay. Even though the kitchen is a little snug, it had everything we needed to cook dinner. Communication with the management company was easy and quick.”

”Die Hütte ist klein, aber es ist alles vorhanden , was man braucht und sie steht in einer traumhaft schönen Lage - zwischen den zwei Nationalparks Hardangervidda und Hallingskarvet. Man kann von dort aus wandern oder auch direkt von der Hütte aus. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.”

”Beautiful remote location about 20 minutes from Voss. There are two bedrooms down stairs, and two up. The main living space is open plan and very well stocked. We were coming from the states and could not bring our own linens so we bought linens and towels at Jysk in town for about $35 per person. The communication with the host, novasol(?) was not great and they need you to use their website to get all the details about getting into the house, but once we had that it was easy.”

”Even if the furniture is quite old, it is clean and totally adequate. It has a very cozy charme. The village is quite quiet and the loudest noise was that of the water stream not far from the house. The only thing that was interesting to put it mildly was the smell coming from the bathroom. One of the water drains was smelly, but you can manage by keeping the window open. All in all it is a cozy little place and we would visit again.”

”We loved our stay! We had a beautiful view of the fjord and loved the village of Undredal. The house was comfortable and clean. The restaurant was wonderful and we enjoyed renting kayaks and paddling along the fjord. The grocery store had what we needed but be aware that they close at 5:00 and aren’t open on Sundays. There isn’t an outlet in the bathroom that we could find so we had to dry our hair in the hall where there wasn’t much light, but we made it work. Loved having a washer and dryer....
