”Rooms were clean, but the hallways could use some work. The beds are very very firm though which was killing my body. I had little interaction with staff, but they were courteous when I did. The inside pool was freezing so the kids could not swim which was a bummer because that is what they love the most when staying at hotels. Breakfast was okay. I wish they had whole wheat, fresh fruit, or plain oatmeal options as those are diabetic friendly. I did at least get some eggs so that was better...

”We stayed in the windrose area and parking near our unit was not available however it was a Saturday on Memorial Day weekend. Just a note that it is open to the public. We stayed in an older unit that was okay. The addition of pools and bars since our last visit was nice to see! Steak Tacos at Landsharks were great!”

”The hot tub was not working the inside pool was cold the out side pool is empty! Beds and sheets are stained up !! My towel rack was broke , the bathroom air suction vent was out ,! the showers whistle while showering! Vending machine was empty , soda machine gave wrong flavors sodas ,Wifi was weak ! Went to The exercising room there was all haor in sink like someone shaved on it !! It was not worth 100 a night but we made the best of it !! But never again ! Wil we be back”
