”Avoid this place. Pictures give the impression that the rooms have beautiful lake views. I booked a room for a really high price. When arriving, I found out that in order to get a room with a lake view, I had to pay 20% extra, and there were only a few of those rooms. Most rooms have a view of the wall of a neighboring building. The room was also worn down. It may have been a good room ages ago, but in its current condition, it is not worth the money they charge. ”The staff were amazing as was eveything about this Hotel. From the spectacular views to the walks surrounding it, it was amazing. Our room / apartment was huge and spacious with a wrap around balcony. If we had any criticisms it would be the pillows were slighty uncomfortable and that my wife did struggle with some food choices being Gluten and Dairy free (this seems to be the case throughtout Austria though). But the food we all did have was fantastic.”

”Beautiful view from our room. The place was beautiful full of art and made you feel like you’re inside a mini castle. The food was delicious. We would definitely come back. It was just outside Hallstatt but so happy we stayed here instead of Hallstatt. They had Donkeys we got to feed and pet in the yard. ”

”Top Hotel! sehr gutes Frühstück mit frischen Spießen. Die Zimmer sind Sauber und modern eingerichtet. Außerdem ist der Spa Bereich Top! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Lift ist nur zirka 4 min zur Fuß entfernt. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.”
