Mahtava SoLa Central Austin Condo

Kaunis nykyaikainen sisustus tässä upeassa paikassa minuutin ajomatkan SoCo, Downtown, ACL, & SXSW. Kävele SoLa-ravintolat Kahvia tai baareja! Suuri queen-vuode nukkuu 2 mukavasti. WiFi, peruskaapelitelevisio ja 1 varattu pysäköintipaikka.

Astu hämmästyttäväyn mukavaan olohuoneeseen, joka on sisustettu tyylikkäästi rentouttavalla nykyaikaisella tyylillä, jossa on L-sohva, mukava lepotuoli ja 50 tuuman seinä-tv. Lattiasuunnitelma on loistava tilan käyttö ja sopii erinomaisesti television seurusteluun tai katseluun.

Kävely keittiössä, nauttia ja kaikki mukavuudet pieni mutta täysin toimiva keittiö. Rakastat kahvia ja aamiaista ja syö aterioita tai suunnittelet päiväsi ruokapöydällä!

Makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode, jossa on mukavat lakanat ja tyynyliinat, ja siinä on mukava ikkuna luonnonvalolle ja toisella puolella oleva seinäpeili. Kaksi sängynpöytäpöytää lamppujen kanssa, jotka sopivat erinomaisesti yöaikaan. On suuri walk in closet, joka on loistava tila säilyttää matkatavarat, ja on myös ripustimet roikkuu vaatteita, silitysrauta ja-lauta, ja siivousvälineitä.

Kylpyhuone on kauniisti viimeistelty laattalattiat, graniitti laatta turhamaisuus työtasot ja on täysikokoinen suihkukaappi combo. Vanhempien valot yli pesuallas ovat täydellisiä valmis ja ovat todella kirkkaita.

Koko yksikössä ei ole mattoa, ja se on lattiapäällystetty hienolla puuraaka-laminaatilla tai laattoilla. Tämä yksikkö on toisessa kerroksessa ja lähellä parkkipaikkaa ja katua, joten sen helppo sisään ja ulos. Vieraat saavat yhden varatun pysäköintitilan, ja kadulla on myös pysäköintimahdollisuus. Olohuoneessa on mukava patja!

Tämä laite puhdistetaan ammattimaisesti jokaisen asiakkaan jälkeen. Jos muut listat eivät veloita siivousmaksua, ne puhdistavat itse tai ei lainkaan! Siivousmaksu on jokaisen pennin arvoinen!

Jotta hinnat pysyisivät edullisina, elintarvikkeita, päivittäistavaroita ja juomia ei tarjota. Tämä on loma-asunto eikä Bed and Breakfast.

This little place was perfect for me to stay in while my daughter attended Freshman Orientation at UT. It was close enough for it to be a quick drive, but far enough away that I didn’t have to deal with major traffic. The neighborhood was perfect for early morning & evening walks and convenient to anything I needed! The owner was very helpful and communicated well. Pictures are from an early morning walk and a cute park a couple of streets over.

The apartment was excellent! It was clean, it had a smart TV with an hdmi cable, a USB-a charging block, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need (coffee maker, air fryer, pots, pans, cuttlery, water filter, coffee cups, wine cups, bowls and plates, etc), the bed was comfortable, there were extra blankets to sleep on the couch, which was also comfortable. The location was a short drive to the center of austin, and right next to South Lamar, which has plenty of coffee shops and restaurants. I will definitely rent this room again if I every come back to Austin.

Enjoyed my stay here during a long weekend with one of my friends. It is a cute and clean place to stay. I had one issue during the stay not related to the actual rental but it was taken care of quickly and excellently!

When we arrived keypad was easy to use. Place was extremely clean the most clean place I’ve ever stayed at. The chairs where a little wobbly from use. Also the water pressure was not great but not awful. Very quiet peaceful and as posted. Would definitely recommend it’s close to everything and the school.

This place was just what we were looking for during our stay for an event at the Palmer Events Center in Austin. I love to walk and it was a nice one to and from the venue. It is quiet, serene, clean, and comfortable.

We stayed at the property for nine nights; we found the location to be pretty good with lots to do up and down South Lamar St. The amenities were all functional, and the layout of the suite was very good for relaxing. It was as advertised and would recommend it to others if the location works for you vs the busier downtown area. The host was communicative and left us to our own which we prefer as well. The location is excellent, within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Parking is included which is a nice perk. Communication with the host was also easy and quick. For the price, this is an excellent choice. I wanted to give them 5 stars but there is room for improvement: 1. Water pressure is bad. Water is warm but the water pressure leaves a lot to be desired. Simple fix with a new shower head. 2. There was an odd smell of musk or lack of circulation when I arrived, perhaps a candle or deeper clean could eliminate that odor. 3. No in unit laundry. While there is onsite laundry I honestly thought it was in unit. Perhaps it was my mistake, nevertheless be aware it’s not in the unit or free. Overall I think a 4 is a fair review. If the two items above are addressed this could easily be a 5 star location.

The condo was well kept, clean and well equipped. It was in a nice quiet neighbourhood not far from shops and restaurants and was in a good location for visiting other parts of the city. If I could have given 4.5 stars I would have but we arrived late at night to no wifi which meant no means of contacting Tobin. Luckily a neighbour helped us out the following morning and when we messaged Tobin he replied that the router was broken. It would have been nice to know that when we arrived and to be given alternatives to try. Tobin responded to both my messages but the lack of wifi was a problem for us.

My daughter and I came in for a family wedding. We had a packed 4 1/2 days. The property was clean and easy to find. We didn’t need a lot of space since we basically just slept there and ate breakfast. Tobin was easy to work with.

The condo was very clean and cozy, the perfect size for the 2 of us. Tobin sent me all the information beforehand so the check in process was a breeze. The location is close to pretty much anything you could need or want, yet in a nice quiet neighborhood and complex, which makes it the perfect rest and relaxation spot after a day on the run.
