Welcome! This charming studio efficiency is comfortable, private, and perfect for a long weekend, festival stay or business trip. Licensed w/City of Austin.

Central to UT events, SXSW, ACL, FC, F1, the Medical District, downtown and the airport. The studio features a king-size Tempur-Pedic bed, sofa, Smart TV, Roku, Wi-Fi, microwave, mini fridge, tankless water heater, Keurig, thermostat, clean bathroom. Natural light. No Smoking, No domestic pets.

This cozy studio is attached to my home, where I live, and has its own private entrance, porch, and outdoor seating. You’ll have access to a private entrance separate from the main entry of the home, that is located at the very Back of the property. The unit can accommodate 2 (two) people.

Located on a quiet dead-end street in the centrally located Historic Hyde Park neighborhood. No Smoking and No domestic pets (cats, dogs) allowed! Large shared yard.

Enjoy an open floor plan with lots of natural light, a spacious living area, and hardwood floors. The space features a comfortable Tempur-Pedic king-size bed, dresser, and desk for added convenience. The full bathroom includes a walk-in shower, and the tankless water heater ensures plenty of hot water.

Amenities include a mini-fridge with complimentary bottled water, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, Smart TV with local channels and Roku streaming (guests can log in with their own Netflix or other streaming accounts), and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Adjust the studio temperature using the Bluetooth thermostat on the in-room smart device, and enjoy the ceiling fan or Dyson tower fan for added comfort.

You can hang clothes on hanger stand provided in hall - closets are locked. Blow Dryer and Iron provided in the space.

The studio overlooks the beautifully manicured intramural fields at the University of Texas at Austin, offering a peaceful greenery view and where you may occasionally see a University frisbee practice or beach volley tournament.

Keyless experience - Use a keypad code at the door.

Street parking is free and easy to find. Please note: The dead-end street is NOT wide enough to accommodate a trailer/RV. You will not be able to turn around. If you are traveling with a trailer/RV, park on a neighboring street.
