Hiljainen moderni Retreat-residenssi

Tilava 2 makuuhuoneen 1 kylpyhuoneen paritalohuoneisto yhdessä Austinin halutuimmista lähiöistä. Tilava keittiö sisältää päivitetyt ruostumattomat laitteet ja talossa on täysi pesutupa.
Lähellä Starbucksia, HEB: tä, kokonaisia ruokia ja paljon muuta. Kaupunkibussipysäkki on kirjaimellisesti muutaman askeleen päässä.
Lemmikkieläinystävällinen yksityisellä, aidatulla pihalla.
Olemme lisänneet pienen kirjaston. Voit vapaasti ottaa kirjan ja jättää kirjan tai käyttää runsaasti luonnonvaloa taukoan ja asettua hyvään kirjaan!

Bring your own dishes

The place was okay. Needs dishes, there were only 2 plates. There was a nice fenced in yard, so we could let our dog out, but there was no outdoor furniture. It was good to have the yard, because we didn't want to walk our dog around there in the dark. It was easy to get everywhere on the south side of Austin, the airport and downtown from there.

Clean and comfortable home

We needed a place in Austin to call home during our 15 day trip. This home was perfect. Both bedrooms actually have a queen bed. The yard was great for our small dog and the fence is in excellent condition so I didn't have to worry about any escapes. The kitchen had all the necessary items plus some. Mark was a great host and was very responsive. We would gladly stay here again if we found ourselves in the area.

Good choice for value

When planning my stay in south Austin, my search found many VRBO properties for triple and more the cost of this little place. I didn't need fancy or trendy, just a safe clean place for my dogs and me to stay. I made a good choice, and saved a lot of money too! This little place has some very cute and quirky decorations. records, games, books and everything you' d need for a stay unless you are the kind of person who has to have luxury accomodations (for a high price tag too). The neighborhood itself is not the shiniest, but it is perfectly fine. I felt completely safe, even when walking my dogs at all hours or coming home late, and the people around were friendly too. It is just about 5-10 minutes to everything you need, from stores, restaurants, attractions. This was the right place for my 8 day stay!

Great place to stay in Austin!

We were in town to watch the eclipse, and this was a great, convenient place to stay! Close enough to attractions, but far enough to be nice and quiet. Check in and out were super easy, and the amenities were quite nice! Would definitely stay again.

Nice quiet spot in South Austin

The place was great for our needs! We were in town for ACL, and biked to the festival each day – it was a bit far but avoided expensive ubers etc and we were able to find a safe route with bike paths. Mostly a residental area, but it's accessible to downtown via a short drive. The place was clean and had the basics we needed like shampoo, soap, pots and pans, etc. Washer/dryer was a huge plus as well! The yard was also a bonus – and would be great if you were traveling with your dog. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

The duplex was centrally located to everything our bunch needed to make our visit easy! The place was extremely clean and cozy. It was well stocked with essentials plus some!!! Beds were comfy and smelled clean! I would recommend this to any family + pet friendly!!!!!

Great Place

The neighborhood was quiet and close to all you need. Mark was responsive to our questions and needs. Only downside there is nowhere to hang or store clothes in the bedrooms.

Great little place!

Perfect "home-away-from-home" for us for a few days. Easy, clean, and quiet. Mark is very responsive to inquiries. And I hadn't listened to Nat King Cole on vinyl in years!

Great property and host!

This is a great house! It is cute and the pictures are accurate. We didn't use the guest bed at all, but the main bed was comfortable. The neighborhood is convenient for exploring all that Austin has to offer. The fenced in yard was great for relaxing and our dog. Mark was very responsive and helpful host. We were there for a longer stay (a month) and we could have used a few more plates, utensils, etc., but for a shorter stay or if you weren't eating at the house as much as we were it would be perfect. By the end of our stay it had truly started to feel like home and we were sad to leave. Definitely recommend!

Great Place Couple Suggestions

Place was great. I slept in the guest room, where the day bed is. I am 5'10 and got really tired of hitting my toes on the end of the railing. Recommend a traditional bed frame. Bathroom is small enough. Don't put a small circle toilet in. Get an oval one, where grown ups can use.

Great location

We stayed here for a wedding. It is a beautiful house inside, perfect for getting ready for a wedding. The location was a quick ten minute drive from the house, so even better!

Great property

This was a perfect rental for my needs - I was staying a few days to visit family, who live nearby. The house is very clean and well-kept, with lots of space to spread out, and Mark was a great host. I would definitely stay here again!
