The bedroom features a queen bed, blackout curtains, and a second TV for relaxing nights in. The bathroom has been fully remodeled with travertine tile and modern fixtures. Fresh hotel-quality linens are provided after every clean. You’ll also have Wi-Fi, heating and cooling, and a free designated parking spot.

This is a second floor unit. There is no one above or below, it does not share a wall with any neighbor.



The next door neighbor does have dogs that will occasionally run around off leash, they are very Friendly but if you dislike dogs then please ask about our different units available.



Please be aware this is not a perfect place, It is priced accordingly. There is storage under the rental and the kitchen has not been renovated.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire apartment. It does not share any walls with any other unit.



Interaction with Guests:

I live just down the street so I am available if needed for anything at all.
