Parking (Important Note)

• One free parking spot included at a secure Premium Parking lot about a 2‑minute walk from the building.​
• Park in any unreserved spot; license plate registration required before Check-in.​
• During peak UT or event nights, if the main lot is full Premium Parking will try to provide access to an alternate spot at one of the 2 parking lots nearby ( 5 mins walk). ​

• Self check‑in with a unique smart‑lock code sent before arrival, no need to meet in person or pick up keys.​
• Detailed arrival instructions and parking directions are provided in your digital guide so you can go straight from car or rideshare to the door.​

During Your Stay:

• We typically reply within 15 minutes during the day (8 AM–10 PM CT), always within 24 hours

For any emergencies (fire, medical, safety), please call 911 first, then message us immediately so we can assist.

EXTRA SERVICES (Optional for a fee)

EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT
Available for a small fee and based on availability. Early check-in is typically 1+ hour earlier, and late checkout may be extended 1+ hour, depending on housekeeping. Please request at least 24 hours in advance.

FORGOTTEN ITEMS & PACKAGE HANDLING
If you leave behind personal items or receive packages by mistake, we’re happy to assist with return shipping. A $50 handling fee plus actual shipping cost applies. We hold items securely for 7 days from when we discover them. After 7 days, unclaimed items will be donated or disposed of responsibly. Thank you for your understanding.

CLEANING & SANITIZATION
The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. We use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

NO PETS ALLOWED
No pets permitted. Strictly enforced.

NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the home. Any smoking evidence will result in a penalty of $500 for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

EXTRA PERSONS FEE
Only registered guests up to the maximum allowed are permitted. Any additional unregistered guests will incur a charge of $50 per person per night. This policy is strictly enforced.

NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Any evidence of parties & events hosted at the property will result in a Penalty of $800 to cover cleaning & damages.
