Unfortunately there was a huge storm cutting off power and water, so I was not able to shower, the staff was extremely helpful considering the issue they were facing.

Friendly staff and bright lobby and excellent free parking. but quite noisy for rooms facing the highway. Room looked old, with worn carpet and furniture and a hallway light switch that didn’t work.

It’s remote and not very well stocked with supplies like food, bottled water, coffee bar. They were all out of bottled water.

I love the location of this hotel. I’m able to walk along the Riverwalk. The staff at the front desk were very nice and friendly. The only complaint I have is that our shower/tub trained very slowly when ever we showered.

Well, the hotel itself was a bit dated, and it could use an upgrade, the staff was great. Mitchell at the front desk was the bomb. He actually upgraded our room so that we had a wonderful view of the river/Lake and Austin. Also, the folks that worked the bar and restaurant were great! I would stay there again.

Confortable room, friendly staff. Breakfast buffet rather limited. The usual scrambles eggs, bacon and sausage. No salami, cooked ham or sliced cheese. Only yogurt was plain yogurt. Surrounding area filled with construction sites (not their fault).

when we booked the hotel, they didn't inform us that our package did not cover breakfast. Only when we went to the dining area, we are informed about it. we had to leave the place humiliated.

The room smelled like soured milk and the floor between the bedroom and the bathroom was sopping wet. The smell was terrible, but the hotel was full and we could not change rooms. Totally unacceptable.

Very nice and close to everything without having to be in the middle of everything. Nice walk to 6th street and nice area right behind hotel on rainy. Will definitely stay again. Beautiful views of river from room as well

The staff was so very helpful and nice. The food was delicious and the restaurant staff were courteous, I would stay there anytime I was in Austin!

The lake views incredible and proximity to the lake was great! Free parking and on site restaurant super convenient. Blackout curtains, great temperature control and comfy beds with extra pillows made every night restorative

Hotel is advertised as non-smoking - room reeked of marijuana. Room had two side table lamps otherwise is was very dim. Tv is small and is plugged into a power strip that had to be turned on. The threshold between carpet and tile (between room/wash room) had nails exposed. Shower drained very slow. Customer service was excellent though!
