Thank you for sharing your experience. We are sorry to hear you had some issues during your stay. We were able to get you a new remote and thankfully most people have cell phones, therefore the room phones are hardly used. We have several accounts that stay with us regulars that use the "tree trimming machinery" (thank goodness for them!) and we no longer put the pen and pad in the rooms due to them being high touch areas. Hope this clears up any confusion and we wish you well!

You stated that you have had "itching and burning for the past two weeks." We do take bed bug accusations very seriously.
